Since the academic year 2000-2001, ZAMAN International School has organized a football tournament to determine the champion of the year, together with the goal of keeping students healthy and relaxed, by encouraging them to play sports which strengthen students’ cooperation in teamwork. This great event has been going on with full speed and has become bigger, better and more enjoyable as each year has passed.
Back to the history of 2006-2007 football tournament, 11B (my class) won the matches and proudly became the champion.
Zaman teachers, who are committed to provide the best fortheir present students, came up with an unprecedented new idea. Soccer tournament, which has been organized for only recent students for years, is going to be held for Zaman alumni as well. The purpose of this organization is to bring together the students who have graduated from the Zaman International School since 2002. As a result of unanimous decision made amongst alumni students, the initiation of this tournament has been announced.This tournament consists of 2 groups, each group having 5 teams. The first matches were played in Zaman High School soccer field today,February 8. The matches were between the teams 2005 B – 2006 B and 2007 B - 2008 B classes.

After the match I congratulated both teams. To celebrate this victory with my students, we gathered at 4.00 pm and went to KFC.
